The game slows, stutters, and even outright freezes for seconds at a time. ![]() Opening up a menu when your co-op partner is in a firefight is basically a form of accidental griefing. The game’s menus aren’t the most efficient things in the world to begin with, but they absolutely destroy a local co-op playthrough at times. ![]() Things fair a bit better in performance mode, but it’s still not optimal, and still outdone by other games with local co-op.īut things really start to get dicey when it comes to navigating menus. On a PS4 Pro, the game chugs to a near-halt when the game’s graphical settings are focused on resolution, making it borderline unplayable. Obviously, split-screen in any game is going to cause a hit in framerate, but it’s especially woeful in Borderlands 3. So if you notice a game steadily increasing the CPU temperature for no reason it's best to turn on V-sync as to force it to use only as many frames as your computer as a whole can handle. This starts at a base performance level. If not, let me enlighten you: Unity games and some certain engines that are not Unity may stack unused frames as a result of drawing more frames than your computer can handle, as a result of it a memory leak can happen and lead to BSOD. You know V-Sync sometimes fixes games, don't you? If u use vsync u are total idiot and u dont have any right to say anything u are stupid person very simple so stop talking stupidity. These people who are saying this don't even own the game. usually at a smooth 85 FPS ( i have VSync set to 85) I7 8700K/ GTX 1080ti/ 32 GB/ SSD. I am running the game 1440P Ultra settings 75+ FPS. However I do have what would be considered a top tier PC. I have absolutely zero performance issues. ![]() It is very resource intensive but as long as you have a fairly decent PC is will perform fine. People here are just trying to influence you because they dont want you to buy it. Make sure you turn off volumetric fog or medium setting at most and shadows at medium would help also. It also allows him to steer clear of all the controversies that the game has on PC.Įscrito originalmente por Viper:I am pretty sure you could get 60 FPS with that setup at medium settings. also forgot to mention all the controversy around the PC version, like save game loss, Denuvo 7XL, HEAVY network access (seems to be due to poorly implemented EchoCast), and very very bad performance (to the point even high end setups can't run it as well as expected).Īgreed, the console version is a lot more stable at the moment so that would be my recommendation as well. Really do not like playing games with frame drops takes me out of it.īut if your going to get the game get it on PC on the ps4 not so good. Am waiting at least a month or so to see how the game performance dose. PS4 is worse as it has a big problem with 60 fps when there is a lot of mobs on the screen and the split screen is unplayable.īut not seen any results for the last patch drop seems there still patching the game together. luck of the draw if it will do it on your system or not. Escrito originalmente por Colin:last time i read something the performance at a steady 60 fps it still drops a bit on a number of systems. ![]()
